  • Provide details: Share your full name, date of birth, social insurance number, address, and other information on an authorized website.
  • Check eligibility: You’ll find out right away if you’re eligible.
  • Receive application code: If eligible, you’ll get a letter with a code and instructions to apply.

  • Confirmation and enrollment: If successful, you’ll be enrolled with Sun Life and can start using dental services.
